PRIVATE WITH LUSH SURROUNDINGS. Vista Vivace is located on the outskirts of San Ramón in the quaint area of Magallanes, a mix of Tico and expat residents. Hacienda Vivace's property sits at the end of a country lane, semi-tropical landscape, view of rolling hills and the Gulf of Nicoya. The main Hacienda features an indoor solar heated lap pool that is shared with our guests.
Vista Vivace is a 2-story apartment. Ground floor has a large bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, laundry room with a washer and a carport with a clothesline. Second floor has a full kitchen, living dining area and balcony with the spectacular view of the rolling hills and the Gulf of Nicoya. STUNNING VIEWS At 3500 feet we are blessed with temperature ranging from 65 to 75F year round. With our west view enjoy stunning sunsets on clear nights. The surrounding hills display lush semi-tropical vegetation. The gardens are tenderly cared for by the owners and provide an ambiance of beauty and tranquility.
