Positive: Next to the Metro. A lot of shops around to buy food for the large refrigerator. 4-star hotel in the area if some special services are needed. Lovely walk streets to the beach with terraces and shops, brand hotels on the beach with churrascaria and beach terraces. Walking distance to Carnaval Bookers with tickets. Bus station. Air conditioning in the bedroom - powerful enough for the whole apartment. You can prepare or heat food, tea, and coffee there. You can book early check-in and late checkout

Negative: There are no chairs. 2 child bar chairs that you can use to reinvent a standard chair if you rotate them 90 degrees and use some pillows. There are like 1000 people in that building (like 50+ apartments per level) - I do not think that one person security can manage that - I stayed in other years at other Pineapples properties with better security, but they were all booked. Here, the main gate was permanently open, and the gatekeepers may lose control of who entered the building

Summary: I will go again next year if I move fast enough to book it :-)
