Positive: This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we are well travelled. We were blown away by the beautiful grounds, gardens and hotel interior as well as the unmatched hospitality that we have ever received. The warm welcome and continued attentiveness throughout by Sayeed, Abdullah and the team was amazing. The owner, Abdellah has perfected the hotel decor, the communal areas are like museum exhibitions, but with comfortable zones where you can chill and absorb the beauty and history around you. Everything is ornate, a work of art. The food is gorgeous, authentic and tasty, amazing throughout our stay. This place is straight out of Arabian Nights and you feel completely at peace here. Great facilities, we were warm and comfy in our room (even in December) and everything was clean and in its right place. We didn’t want to leave, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the whole team for making this incredibly special for my husband and I. I highly recommend staying here, it’s one in a million, truly magic.
