In a haven of peace, on approximately 3000m² of wooded grounds, you will enjoy this pleasant and relaxing setting. The "Lodge de Mermoz" is an annex located below our architect-designed house. This completely independent studio, with its large bay windows, offers beautiful natural light in all seasons. Its large exotic wood terrace, outdoor furniture, large Jacuzzi (usable year-round), gas griddle, and sun loungers await you for enjoyable moments. The studio comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living area that converts into a dining area (with a lift-top coffee table) and features a comfortable sofa and television, a sleeping area with a high-quality 180x200cm electric bed for a cozy night's sleep, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The entire space is very well laid out and tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and heating are included in the price. Secure parking is available on the property below the studio (gated property). You have access to three bicycles, including one Dutch-style bicycle.
