Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room style was decorated beautifully and there was a rooftop that looked over other rooftops that had a beautiful view. Great location, very close to the start of the medina shops and stalls. The staff was accommodating and helped us with our laundry.

Negative: They do not have a functioning rooftop pool while we were there. This was a main point of why I booked this location. Also, both rooms we book on booking were not the same rooms as we were given. They put me on the phone with a manager saying their one of the options of rooms, but not necessary our room. That was not stated on Booking. We booked the Deluxe Suite with a terrace and were downgraded to a smaller room with only the community terrace, but without a change in price.

Summary: Beautiful stay close to medina, but check the fine print
