Summary: Booked a ground floor multi bed (double plus single) room but given a double. Went back to reception to then be given a tiny twin. Went back again to finally be given the last multi bed room but on the 1st floor having made it clear in the booking that I needed a ground floor room as I was recovering from an operation and struggled with stairs.
