Ideally situated, right in the heart of Montpellier, in a very peaceful residential area, 8km from the beach, 3 tramway stops from the historical centre (and 100m from the tram station), at a 20 minute walk from Montpellier’s main square, the Place de la Comédie, this sunny house was built in the 50’s and recently renovated in a style both contemporary and traditional (iron stairs, wooden floors, cement tiles).
It will allow you to discover the medieval city, its numerous little squares with their restaurant terraces, explore the town’s various leisure activities then relax by the pool. From there, drive to the authentic Cévennes, or along the vast Languedoc beaches in an area which has kept its human dimension while adapting fast to its touristic vocation.
You’ll find this 130 square meter house quite serviceable with its living area facing the wooden terrace and the freely-shaped pool. Very sunny all day long thanks to a high bay-window on the South front, it is surrounded by neighbouring gardens and sheltered from the quiet street.
The two big bedrooms upstairs are furnished with real futon mattresses and tatami bases, placed on slat boxes.
