Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks with 2 teenage kids. The house was very clean, comfortable (including beds) and well equipped. The air con is a real bonus. The swimming pool is lovely, a good size for games with kids. I was a little worried about the outdoor space being tight but it was fine - the partition separating the swimming pool works well, giving enough privacy without blocking the view. The street is a little underwhelming but it’s not really an issue, as the house itself is great and is only a 5 min walk (with lots of steps!) to the port/shops. Port Vendres doesn’t have the charm of Collioure but it has a nice port, with restaurants/shops and a very good bakery. It’s also well located: 10min drive to beautiful Collioure, 10min drive to the amazing Anse de Paulliles. We also enjoyed renting a boat and taking a day trip to Cadaques. For runners, there is a nice hilly route to do around the port. Emmanuelle was helpful before and during our stay. One of our best holiday rental experiences!
