Summary: My wife fell coming in the entrance and lacerated her calf and heal quite severely. Staff directed us to the first aid station at the beach across the street from the hotel. First Aid station stopped the bleeding and directed us to nearby clinic. REALLY POOR CONSIDERATION FOR AN INJURED GUEST. I paid for taxi service to and from clinic. Hotel DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE ROOM TO CHECK ON WIFE’s status.
