Positive: Been coming here for many years. It's functional clean and modern and we do like Portman

Negative: I would recommend this hotel, its not as good as it used to be, the staff are not as good as they were , the breakfast is not what it was. I am not saying the staff are bad or breakfast is awful just not what it was in 2017 when we first visited
