Former manor house in a fairytale setting in the countryside, with a large lawn, a terrace and a private pool
This former manor house enjoys a very rural location just outside the village of Saint-Pierre-de-Cole.
The 16th-century house provides 200m² of living space and can accommodate up to eight people. Three of the four bedrooms each have a double bed (140cm wide), while the fourth is furnished with two single beds (90 cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and two have a bath. The living room provides a radio, a stereo system, a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and even a dishwasher. An iron, a vacuum cleaner, a telephone, a washing machine and a dryer are also provided. A cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge on request. The house has central heating. Wireless Internet access is available in all the rooms.
The outdoor area is fabulous: the site is at the foot of a castle ruin and on the banks of a little river (La Cole), where fishing enthusiasts might catch a couple of trout with a bit of luck. The courtyard features a two-hundred-year-old linden tree. A big lawn with a private pool (6 x 12m) surrounds the house. A terrace and a grill are available for private use. A free parking space is also available. It is an ideal place for holidays with friends or family.
There are shops, cafés, bars and restaurants within one and a half kilometres. For sports activities, there are a swimming pool (1km), a tennis court (1km), riding facilities (3km), water sports (12km) and a golf course (30km).
