Positive: The location is very nice: you see the beach and see from yard and almost all rooms. Livingroom is also nice. Kitchen too. It has heating.

Negative: Problems with the toilet drain. We could not proper use one on the bathrooms and the house has only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms! The stuff did not helped us because they said it’s holiday! Also 2 bedrooms had si intensive musty smell that you could sleep only with the open windows and in winter it’s cold! All the pans in the kitchen were either so scratched or so dirty that can not be used. The stairs to first level (were there is one bedroom and one bathroom ) do not have railing so they are very dangerous! House should be marked usafe foe small kids or railings should be added! Some upgrades are needed to the house! Outside the house there are many stairs and little terases and some of them do not have proper railing for small kids. Some part of the yard that apperas in the pics (the little house) is not maintained so you have just some space around the house with many stairs! The private parking is nit available! They told us to park on the street - most of the time was no place free - or in front of the gate - this was very conplicated as we had a big car and the gate is on a narrow street in a very sharp curve.
