The villa extends over three floors. The ground floor comprises a shower room with WC, an air-conditioned lounge/dining room and a kitchen with a back-kitchen that serves as a laundry room and gives access to the lower level, where the studio flat is. The studio is air-conditioned and has a double bed, TV, microwave, fridge and an adjoining shower room with WC. On the upper floor, which has air conditioning installed in the hallway, there are a bathroom with WC and and three bedrooms, two of which have TV. You can enjoy the outdoor area thanks to the attractive and well-laid-out, covered terrace outside the dining room, from where you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool. Two cars can be parked on the property, which has an automatic gate.
