Summary: Super helpful staff who are accessible on WhatsApp. Has an elevator and within 10 min walk to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes walk. Google map has the location slightly off but hotel staff on WhatsApp will give you the exact location with photos.
