Fully equipped: sheets, towels, toiletries kit will be provided in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The flat is also equipped with TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

You will appreciate my home for its modernity, equipment and location in Madrid.

The flat can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is located on the first floor.

To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:

-A living space: sofa bed for 6 people, coffee table, television, dining area with table for 6 people.

-One bedroom: with a comfortable bed for 2 people.
-One bedroom: with two single beds for 2 people.

-Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hobs, kitchen utensils, dining area with table for 2 people.

-Living area with sofa bed to sleep 2 people.

A well-equipped bathroom: modern shower and toilet.

On arrival at the flat you will be met in person by a member of our team. Arrivals after 19:00h until 21:00h will incur a supplement of 20€ to be paid by the guest upon arrival. Arrivals after 21:00h until 00:00h will incur a supplement of 35€ to be paid by the guest on arrival. CHECK-IN UNTIL 00:00H GUARANTEED. Check AVAILABILITY OF CHECKIN after 00:00h.

The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment (150 € to be paid to the locksmith prior to the opening of the apartment).

Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities.

Beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated when making the reservation.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.

Please take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are garbage cans on the street for this purpose.

Leave the house picked up before your departure.

On arrival at the apartment you will be received in person by a member of our team, or failing that, if circumstances do not allow it, we can provide the option of self-check-in (in any case, a person from our team will visit you in the apartment). If we receive you in person, free arrivals to the apartment will be from 15:00h to 18:00h. Arrivals after 18:00h until 21:00h are subject to a supplement of 20€ to be paid by the guest upon arrival.
