Positive: I stayed under the Turkish Airlines program and booked one additional night through Booking. I’ve been to Istanbul before, but this was my first time staying at a hotel as a guest. I really enjoyed the stay and all the services provided by the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and there was an option to customize everything to my needs (pillows, blankets, even a yoga mat). The bathroom was spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. A wide selection at breakfast.

Negative: The internet connection was weak, but it wasn’t a big problem for me.
