Positive: Book the room with the balcony - otherwise it will be too noisy from other guests! The staff tried to be helpful and provided us with everything we needed

Negative: Very cold inside, could see your breath during breakfast. The staff spoke limited English and the interactions were limited - we didn’t feel that warmth of hospitality as mentioned in other reviews. Quite an awkward slow service at breakfast - food comes first and gets cold before you get the plates to eat it
