Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Although the standard rooms are mediocre, the pool area is attractive and it is well located away from street noise in the center of the city. Premium rooms by the pool might be better if you if it suits you to be in the middle of pool activity.

Negative: Rooms are very plain and minimal, doors thin and noisy (other ones banging doors, people in the hall in the morning), and windows small so one will likely resort to AC for air circulation. So not the best value for the price point in comparison to options but nice enough, and the pool and location a plus.

Summary: Overpriced rooms but the pool is nice and location very good.
