Summary: No pool. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning was horrible when we arrived. I complained and ask specifically to clean and repair lights. They did. Bed and blankets are the worst you can imagine. We got the best property suite bc the assigned one didn't have AC, so we had to pay $25 extra for it, which was supposed to be included. I decided to take a shower around 11pm: no hot water at all. I complained in the morning and they told me it was, the problem was that I probably didn't know how to get it work(?). When we came back in the 2nd day evening, still no hot water. A different receptionist told me it was because we hadn't ask for it (?). So he went to the 2nd floor to turn it on. Even though it didn't work, so he went back and told me NOW it will work. And it worked. Besides the very good location, (near the beach and the mall) the experience was bad.
