Positive: - Great location! Close to tram stops, close to city center and train station, just next to a big shopping mall with a big Auchan inside. - Nice facilities all functioning well, including a wonderful kitchen and a fabulous bathroom. - Confortable beds! - Warm welcome, thoughtful details for ladies and kids, thanks!

Negative: The hosts have already done there best, I think. The only drawback might be the sound isolation of the room facing the small street. For all 3 nights there were trucks passing, people dragging trash bins on the street with big noise, and someone close the gate right downstairs very heavily. Especially on Tuesday late night / Wednesday early morning, there were many travels of trash bins and huge noise from trash collecting truck. The other room was quite without such issues.
