Please be aware that the apartment is located on a family oriented neighborhood, we kindly ask for you to follow this rules. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need to enjoy your stay. We offer complimentary coffee for your stay.
1) There is no smoking: Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
2) Pets are not permitted inside the property.
3) Parties and events are prohibited inside the property.
4) If raining guests need to be careful as stairs may be slippery when wet. We are not responsible for any falls or injuries on the stairs.

5) Guests must clean up after themselves: Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash.

23) Check-out time is at 12:00PM. Please gather all your belongings and double-check that you have included everything.
24) Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes washing any dishes you have used, disposing of any garbage in the trash can located next to the stairs on the first floor, and cleaning up any messes.
25) Please return any keys to the designated area before leaving.
26) Violating any of this rules can lead to Deductions from the security deposit Termination of the reservation
