The rental is ideal for 2 families made up of 2 parental couples and 5 children or teenagers.
ACCOMMODATION:
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in high season. All special requests can be considered in low season, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Beautiful, large, sunny owner's flat, rated 4 diamonds, on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet residence of 10 flats without lift, with lovely mountain views from a south-facing balcony.
Unlike other rental properties, there are no beds in the living room.
Practical detail: the WC is separate from the bathroom.
All amenities 200 m away; the flat is located in the centre of the village at an altitude of 800 m.
Ski room + 1 free parking space (n°10 next to residence Aspin 1)
Fully-equipped flat with wifi internet access.
All bedrooms have hotel-quality bedding.
We sleep 9 people in 5 bedrooms + 1 single bed on the mezzanine (see photos):
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160cm) n°1 and 3
- 1 bedroom n°5 closed in mezzanine with double bed in 140 (height 1.80m in under slope)
- 2 small bedrooms with single beds (90cm) n°2 and 4
- 1 single bed (90cm) no. 6 on a mezzanine floor opening onto the living room (1.80m high).Under sheets and duvet covers as well as towels and household linen are not provided; however, we can exceptionally provide them for foreign tenants travelling by plane for a fee of €20 per person to be paid later by bank transfer.
ACCESS TO THE FLAT:
On arrival, you park between the "Aspin 2" and "Aspin 1" residences (place n°10 on the Aspin 1 side: the car park is available free of charge.Access to the stairwell is at the back of the residence.
The ski room is located in the basement (no. 10).
THE AREA:
The "Aspin 1" residence is located in a quiet area 200 m from the centre of the village of St Lary-Soulan, 400 m from the cable car, and 900 m from the cable car, which means that all journeys can be made on foot.
EXCHANGES WITH THE TENANTS:
We generally take care of welcoming you so that you don't have to wait in long queues at the estate agency.
If we are absent, a key box is available so that you can arrive at the property at any time, but in any case after 4pm (the time needed to refurbish the flat). We will then guide you by telephone to take charge of the flat.OTHER REMARKS:Flat screen TV with home cinema, wifi internet, plancha for use on the terrace, 2 raclettes, ham slicer, shoe drying column and ski gloves are at your disposal as well as numerous board games.

HOUSE RULES:
A notice concerning the house rules is available at the entrance on the electrical panel door and you will find the flat manual on the coffee table in the living room.
A rental contract together with the house rules and the flat guide will be sent to you by email to help you prepare for your stay.
We would like our tenants to respect the equipment and facilities provided for them and we would like the flat to be returned in the same condition as it was at the start of your stay (please refer to the flat handbook when you leave).
To this end, a deposit cheque for €1,000 will be requested on arrival; this cheque, which will not be cashed, will be destroyed in the week following your departure (a photo will be sent by SMS to prove that it has been destroyed).Cleaning costs are included in the rental price, but the flat must be returned in a sufficiently clean condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the crockery put away and the bins placed in the appropriate bins.
Pets are not accepted.
The flat is non-smoking, but a balcony on the terrace is at your disposal!
Last practical tip: if you want to hire ski equipment, it's best to do so at Pla d'Adet, as you can leave it there in the evening and take the cable car back down in walking boots.
