Summary: Average at best is all I can say. The room didn't look like the pictures. There was nothing that couldn't have been fixed/improved with very little effort, but it seems they just don't care. Broken vanity unit and the condition of the shower head were in the worst condition. Fan in the room was full of dust and walls could do with a lick of paint.
