Apartment of 45 m², very pretty and renovated, in a quiet residence with parking. There is a pleasant loggia overlooking the Bay of Banyuls.
An exceptional situation : in the middle of the Vermeille coast, very near of Spain (Figueras, Cadaques…), near of Perpignan (25 km), the town centre with the port and the beach or the pretty inlet 10 min walk, and the thalassoterapy centre in front of the residence (spa, balneo, possibility to have different kind of cares ).
During the summer, Banyuls is an authentic site, with the market place, family and daily activities, many visits : museum, coastal path, cellars… A preserved place. Dances and concerts practically every night (the noise don’t disturb because the residence is not in the town center).
You will find in our apartment many advices for your outings, and for your welcome a bottle of Banyuls wine. If you need, we can give you some information about rambles.
