You will stay in an old wine cellar rehabilitated as a holiday home.
Our house is glued to the cliff. You will find in each room the presence of the red rock of Fitou. It is an unforgettable experience.
The house is healthy, conducive to serenity, relaxation, with interior temperatures very appreciable in summer thanks to the cliff.
Authenticity with remarkable stone walls as well as with the preserved oak beams. Ceiling heights ranging from 5m to 9m which offers original views of the entire volume.
Modernity: the house within the house.
Our 150m² house also has a 40m² sunny courtyard, comfortably equipped (2 sofas, 2 camp beds, 1 round table for + -6 people and a plancha). We also offer a second terrace which offers direct access to the garrigue on the heights of Fitou. Breathtaking view of the sea ponds especially at sunset for an unforgettable aperitif.
Geographical assets: We are less than 10 minutes from the Franqui beach, 1 hour 30 minutes from Barcelona, 40 minutes from mountain sports, 25 minutes from Perpignan airport, 10 minutes from the Franqui train station, finally , less than a minute from harvesters such as the Cave Rochelierre run by Jean Marie Fabre, president of independent winegrowers. It is in their old cellar that we have taken up residence and that we invite you to discover for an unforgettable vacation!
