Positive: Excellent apartment with incredible value for money. Caution, though: The entrance to the house doesn't look very inviting at first. There is an extremely steep staircase that leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor which might cause some issues for people carrying heavy luggage or having walking disabilities. BUT THEN: After opening the apartment door one wouldn't believe what's behind. The apartment is surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean and packed with all amenities you may need. Excellent bathroom with a washing machine and a shower including very good water pressure, too. The owner sent the code for the key box a day before our arrival (plus photos where to find it) so this was very uncomplicated.

Negative: The "free parking without reservation" turned out to be on-street parking near the premises. We were lucky to find a spot just 1min away but the area feels a little shady (subjective, of course) and I was a bit concerned about the car's safety over night.

Summary: Incredible value for money
