It was built in the last XIII century and during the '700 it was decorated and enlarged following the purest venetian style. The flat entirely occupies the so called "noble-floor" ( the central floor of venetian buildings, it is at the 2nd floor), and it is 5,30 meters high, from the floor to the ceiling. The whole property is 350 square meters. The arrangement of the rooms repeats in a smaller scale, the typology of big venetian palaces, with a central drawing-room from where start all the other rooms.
