Summary: We were put in the ground floor room where the door opened directly into the lobby next to the desk. There was no operable window and no fresh air. Cooling was turned off for the season so we could not get any air into the room. We heard every guest as they came into or out of the property. There was also a nightclub next door (immediately past the wall of our room) so we had music and loud voices until closing time. NEVER accept this room!
