Beautiful house on two levels with large terrace with sea and mountains views.
The house is located in a quiet residentialand family area. 5 minutes walk to the community pool.
Near the house we find the beautiful Cala Morisca wild beach and the spectacular Cala de Canyelles.
The house H38 consists of:
Main floor
Pleasant living room with fireplace and direct access to magnificent terrace with beautiful sea views.
Living room with satellite TV.
On the same floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a practical kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, gas, electric oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and toaster.
Large terrace with pleasant views, sun loungers, garden furniture and portable barbecue.
Downstairs floor.
Through the dining room you access the lower part where we find a large bedroom with dressing room and bathroom with shower. There is an independent access too.

The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, blankets and pillows. Optional rental of sheets and towels.
The house can be occupied by one more person (extra bed or sofa bed) at it has an extra charge.
Due to the quietness of the area, groups of young people are not accepted. The property reserves the right of admission.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It's posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
