Each villa is really spacious and benefits from large glass doors opening to the sea view terrace and master bedroom balcony. They sleep 6 to 8 people in three double bedrooms, with a sofabed in the living room. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite marble bathrooms and air-conditioning. The beautiful open plan living and dining area boasts full height glass doors opening directly onto your private terrace and pool, with far reaching sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar.

The living area is flooded with light and the wonderful panoramic views can be enjoyed from inside as well as out. The decoration is tasteful and neutral – the furnishings are great quality and in keeping with local styles. There is a large dining table that seats eight people and the kitchen has a bar with four comfortable bar stools where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch.

The lounge area is spacious and very comfortable, with chairs, sofas, large-screen TV, DVD player and free wi-fi. Upstairs the three bedrooms are large and comfortable, with en suite marbled bathrooms / shower rooms. Bedroom 3 has two single beds which can be pushed together if preferred. The master bedroom has fabulous floor to ceiling windows with a wonderful panoramic view. The large L-shaped balcony to the master bedroom has a large sofa and chairs with coffee table.

BEDROOMS AND EN-SUITE BATHROOMS:
Master bedroom: Kingsize four-poster bed with floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to a large private terrace overlooking the sea. En-suite luxury bathroom with bath, wc, basin and separate shower. There is also a TV and DVD player. Air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Queen size double bed. En-suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin. Air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room. En-suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin. Air conditioning.

Double sofa bed in living area.

KITCHEN:
The well-equipped kitchen is bright and modern and a generous size. There is a breakfast bar, and a large fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven in case you want to cook at home rather than take in one of the many island restaurants.

LIVING / DINING AREA:
There is a large corner sofa for relaxing, which also converts into a double bed. Also there is a large screen TV and DVD for your entertainment. The dining area has a substantial dining table and eight comfortable chairs for when you want to dine in.

CLOAKROOM:
Separate downstairs cloakroom with wc,
and basin.

TERRACES AND POOL:
The pool terrace leads off the living area and has a shady covered dining area with ceiling fan for those long, lazy holiday meals. There are sun loungers, two large rattan sofas and occasional tables for your relaxation.

The upper terrace leads off the master bedroom, providing panoramic views, perfect for glass of wine at sunset!

SERVICES:
All towels and linen are included and a daily maid service can be arranged if required – please let us know before arrival. A laundry service is also available. Our man on the island is Mike Brundle, who will do everything he can to ensure you have an enjoyable stay in our villas.
